Ian Shelton, Chief Executive of Samuels Restaurant at the prestigious Swinton Estate in rural North Yorkshire, lives close to the 3 Acres and had seen the success of the installation first hand so when the kitchen at the estate’s restaurant had its turn for a revamp, Greens were invited to design and install the project.

Ordinarily access would have been tricky in a building of this nature; again the bespoke stainless steel elements and indeed the cooking suite were all finished, welded, and polished in situ, allowing for a much more efficient installation process.
