Ian Shelton, Chief Executive of Samuels Restaurant at the prestigious Swinton Estate in rural North Yorkshire lives close to the 3 Acres and had seen the success of the installation first hand so when the kitchen at the estates restaurant had its turn for a revamp, Greens were invited to design and install the project.

Ordinarily access would have been tricky in a building of this nature, however again the bespoke stainless steel elements and indeed the cooking suite were all finished, welded and polished in situ allowing for much more efficient installation process.
