Project Outline

Crockers Chef’s Table was founded on a shared passion for honest food and a vision to create the ultimate relaxed fine dining experience.

Privy to the creation of each and every dish as Head Chef Scott prepares food right in front of your eyes, guests can enjoy a sociable and relaxed atmosphere in an intimate setting, injecting humour and fun into the dining experience, guests enjoy exquisite food without any of the pomp that is usually associated with fine dining.

As the kitchen was to be on full view of the guests we installed visually impactful yet sturdy and hard waring room finishes so that the kitchen could operate efficiently yet still maintain an aesthetic appeal.

Once again successfully teaming up with Control induction we faced access issues as the kitchen and dining room were situated on a first floor with narrow and twisting staircase and corridors standing in our way (not ideal for installing such a facility with island cooking suites). However, as with previous projects we side stepped this issue, this time by hoisting pre manufactured items in through the window cavity and assembled them within the room.

Ourselves, Scott and Luke were over the moon with how this project turned out.

How we did it

“Rich was an absolute breeze to work with. When the stress levels are high with a new opening you don’t need trades and contractors making it worse and Rich didn’t. He took on far more than we asked him to and made my life a lot easier. His team are also fantastic working very methodically and at a pace, producing a great finish. I can’t wait to open another restaurant with him!”
